Introduction
Introducing GowringsVersa’s Vauxhall Vivaro XL and eVivaro XL wheelchair accessible vehicles.
Meeting the need for a mid-sized fully-electric WAV, the GowringsVersa Vivaro and eVivaro Life XL conversion carry six plus a wheelchair passenger, or eight passengers without a wheelchair passenger.
Wheelchair access via a rear door manual ramp, is smooth, well-balanced and light to use. The winch fits neatly under the second row of seats and takes up no additional floor space.
Headroom is good and the variable assist steering means the vehicle is light and easy to handle, with a high driving position and a range of up to 230 miles*.
The eVivaro is powered by a 100kW output electric motor, delivering 136PS. The 75kW battery benefits from an eight year or 100,000 mile warranty.
The wheelchair conversion of the diesel version is identical in proportions.

A light, well balanced, ramp makes entry to the rear passenger cabin straightforward, with the use of a powered winch, set neatly under the second row seats, while the four-point wheelchair securing system ensures maximum safety. The Vivaro Life XL conversion is fully compliant with heavy-duty (160kg) wheelchair requirements, making it a safe and reliable choice.

Our Vauxhall Vivaro Life XL conversion offers driver and passenger seats in the front row, three standard seats in the second row, and two Tip & Turn seats in the third row.
When the Tip & Turn seats are stowed, the wheelchair passenger is seated centrally, in the third row.
The configurations offered accommodate seven (including driver), or five and one wheelchair user. We can also offer a front bench seat which accommodates up to eight (including driver), when the wheelchair is not in use.

Rear Ramp Access
The Vauxhall Vivaro Life XL benefits from a light and well-balanced rear access ramp. Gas struts ensure the ramp lowers effortlessly into place and the non-slip ramp surface provides safe and secure wheelchair access via the rear door, even in wet weather.
Sliding side doors
The Vauxhall Vivaro Life XL has two sliding side doors, allowing passengers easy access to the second row seats, and enabling caregivers easy access to the WTORS (wheelchair tiedown occupant restraint systems) fixings.
WTORS (Wheelchair Tiedown & Occupant Restraint Systems)
Safety is paramount in our wheelchair conversions which is why they are fitted with specialist wheelchair restraints fitted to the vehicle floors, and an occupant restraint system providing appropriate seat belts for the wheelchair passenger
This system ensures the wheelchair is securely anchored in place during travel, minimising movement and maximising safety. The easy-to-use design allows for quick and secure fastening, giving wheelchair users and their companions confidence and peace of mind on every journey.

That’s why Vivaro Life XL includes LED daytime running lights and powerful LED headlights as standard.
Multimedia System
The Vivaro’s brilliant multimedia system offers you everything at your fingertips. You can use Apple CarPlay™ or Android Auto™ to project your smartphone onto 10-inch HD touchscreen with wireless mirror screen, or pair your phone to the car via Bluetooth®.
The Vivaro Life XL also comes with an AM/FM/DAB digital radio, allowing you to listen to hundreds of radio stations nationwide.
Safety
The Vivaro benefits from a wealth of safety features including Emergency Brake Assist, Lane Departure Warning, Driver Drowsiness Warning and Speed Sign Recognition systems.
Regenerative Braking
Journeys are smooth with Vivaro Life Electric - not just for the comfort of your passengers, but for maximum energy and cost efficiency too.
As soon as you lift your foot off the accelerator, the regenerative braking system recaptures kinetic energy whilst braking and converts that power into even more range.
In its highest setting (B-Mode), most short journeys can be driven without use of traditional brakes, reducing wear and associated maintenance costs.
