Gowrings Mobility Group Ltd and OH Mobility, a trading division of Gowrings Mobility Group Ltd, would like to reassure all of our customers and suppliers that we are closely monitoring the Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak and we are taking the necessary steps to protect our staff and customers (many of whom are vulnerable members of society), in line with advice issued by HM Government and Public Health England.
We are continuing to undertake our core business from our offices and will continue to do so whilst it is considered safe to do so. The safety and wellbeing of our customers, suppliers and employees is paramount.
We confirm that we have taken the following precautionary steps to protect customers, staff and the wider community as a whole.
OUR SERVICES TO YOU – We look forward to continuing to serve our customers at this difficult time and will continue to provide ‘free no obligation’ vehicle demonstrations, ‘vehicle in life’ service/maintenance and our vehicle rental service.
We assure you that all of the above services will be ‘contact free’ between our drivers and customers. Our staff will use gloves, regularly wash hands (as per government guidance) and will not enter any customer premises.
We have always taken the cleanliness of our office locations and vehicles seriously.
We have implemented additional measures to clean and disinfect our sites and vehicles.
We can confirm all of our vehicles are being valeted, cleaned/disinfected before and after any usage.
We have encouraged all of our staff to follow health authority best practices including frequent handwashing, using sanitizers, and staying / working from home where it is advisable.
We also ask that our customers and suppliers follow health authority advice when using our vehicles or interacting with our staff.
We are carefully monitoring this situation daily and following advice given by our Government and Health authorities and will continue to do so and adapt as appropriate.
