To be eligible for a vehicle on the Motability Scheme, you will need to receive, or be a carer for someone who receives, one of the following allowances:
- Enhanced Rate of the Mobility Component of Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
- Higher Rate Mobility Component of Disability Living Allowance (HRMC DLA)
- War Pensioners’ Mobility Supplement (WPMS)
- Armed Forces Independence Payment (AFIP)
- Scotland’s Child Disability Payment (CDP)
- Scotland’s Adult Disability Payment (ADP)
You must have at least 12 months of award length remaining when you apply.
